Casa Loma Estates is a resident owned, 55 and
older park where you can enjoy shuffleboard, arts and
crafts, card games and bingo. There are monthly pizza
parties, pot luck dinners, ice cream socials, pancake breakfasts, and much, much more. Casa Loma is
located on the
Inter-Coastal Waterway approximately 10
miles from the center of the City of Melbourne, and less
than 4 miles from Patrick Air Force Base and the
Beaches. Our community is an oasis that is closely
located to ample medical facilities, which include 4
major hospitals, restaurants, shopping areas and
many points of interest. We are also less than an hour
drive from Orlando International Airport and the
Theme Parks. We currently
have RV lots available at this time, some for long term
basis. RV rentals for more than six months are
considered long term and
the rent amount is tax free.
The lot
rent for RV spots are as follows:
Daily $39.69 (includes tax
and electric) (payment must be made in advance)
Weekly $193.33
(includes tax and electric) (payment must be made in
advance)
Monthly (less then 6 months) $522.20 (includes
tax and electric) (a $200 deposit is required)
Monthly (six
months & over) $416.40 ( no tax, electric is in tenant’s
name and a
$200.00 deposit is required)
Yearly $390.38
(no tax, electric is in tenant’s name and first and last
month must
be paid in advance).
